Sizes and Material Options

Choose a banner size of 3' x 6' or 4' x 8', referring to the size of the banner itself inside the frame. Pick single-sided for one banner facing traffic, or double-sided for two banners hung back to back so your message reaches viewers from both directions.

Frame Construction

The frame is built from 1 inch diameter steel tubing finished in black powder coat, with flanged tubes and interlocking buttons that make setup quick and don't require tools. Once assembled, the banner attaches to the frame using bungee cords, and the whole unit anchors into the ground with the included stakes. It's designed to be lightweight enough to transport and set up solo, then broken down again just as easily when you're done.

Every hardware kit comes backed by a six month warranty. Note that the banner and the frame hardware ship in separate packages.

Finishing

Banners for this kit come standard with heat-welded perimeter hems and metal grommets for a clean, secure fit inside the frame. Double-sided kits include two full banners mounted back to back within the same frame structure.

Weather and Wind Guidance

These kits are rated to handle winds up to 25 mph. If conditions exceed that, bring the frame indoors, both for the integrity of your display and to stay within warranty terms. For locations that see frequent high winds, we recommend adding guy wires for extra stability, or switching to the mesh banner option, which is built specifically to perform better in gusty conditions.

Caring for Your Banner

Clean the banner with a soft, non-abrasive cloth using a mild soap and water solution; scrubbing isn't recommended since it can wear down the print. For storage, roll the banner with the printed side facing in and place it back in its original packaging. If a protective sheet came with your order, lay it over the print side before rolling. Keep rolled banners upright in a cool, dry space between uses.

Preparing Your Artwork

We accept PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, and TIFF files. For the sharpest print quality, aim for a minimum resolution of 100 ppi at full print size (for example, a 36" x 72" print should measure at least 3600 x 7200 pixels). Keep in mind that artwork is scaled slightly to fit properly within the frame structure, so leave a small margin around your key design elements.
