Refund policy

At Hotpress KC, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please email us at contact@hotpresskc.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before placing your order.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item and make a separate purchase for the new one after your return is accepted.


EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
