Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to fit your needs.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your location. All delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Hotpress KC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Local Pickup

We do not currently offer local pickup unless specially arranged. If you need to discuss a local pickup option, please contact us at contact@hotpresskc.com.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently ship only to valid street addresses and do not support shipping to P.O. boxes.

Damages & Lost Packages

Hotpress KC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required when filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping
