Our 9 oz mesh vinyl is perforated with thousands of tiny holes that let air pass straight through instead of catching against the surface. That's what keeps the banner from ballooning, flapping loudly, or tearing loose from its mounting points in gusty conditions. It's noticeably lighter than solid vinyl, simple to install and take down, and still holds up to sun and rain thanks to built-in water and fade resistance.

Finishing and Add-Ons

• Hemming Only. A clean, reinforced edge without grommets, ideal if you're securing the banner another way.

• No Finishing. Cut to size with no hem or grommets.

• Webbed Edges (optional). Extra reinforcement along the border for high-wind installations that need added strength.

• Edge Velcro (optional). Hook-and-loop strips for mounting; specify placement in your order notes.

• Pole Pockets (optional). Available on the top, bottom, both ends, or both sides for pole or frame mounting.

Caring for Your Mesh Banner

Clean your banner with a soft, non-abrasive cloth and a mild soap and water solution; avoid scrubbing, since the surface isn't built for aggressive cleaning. When you're ready to store it, roll the banner with the printed side facing inward. If it shipped with a protective sheet, lay that over the print before rolling it up again. Store it upright in a cool, dry spot between uses to protect the print quality.

Preparing Your Artwork

We accept PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, and TIFF files. Build your file at the exact print size with a 0.25 inch bleed on every edge; a 3' x 8' banner, for instance, should be set up at 36.5" x 96.5". Aim for a minimum resolution of 100 ppi at full size for the sharpest results (for example, a 24" x 24" print should be at least 2400 x 2400 pixels).
