Material Options

• Standard 13 oz Vinyl. A dependable everyday choice with 1000x1000 denier construction, a matte finish, and G7 certified printing for accurate, vibrant color.

• Heavy Duty 18 oz Vinyl. Our thickest, most tear-resistant material, built for banners that need to hold up to heavier daily wear.

• Matte Fabric (7 oz). A lightweight, soft-finish option that works well for indoor displays and settings where a fabric look fits the space better than vinyl.

All three options are waterproof and tear resistant, making them a solid fit for both indoor spaces and short-term outdoor placement. 

Note: If your banner needs to stay outside long-term or in a location that sees regular wind, ask us about our mesh banner alternative instead, since mesh is purpose-built to handle sustained outdoor exposure.

Sizing

• Large format sizing starts at 6' x 6' and climbs from there, with width and height combinations available well beyond what a standard banner offers, essentially limited only by your space and imagination. 

• If you're after a smaller banner, our standard 2' x 2' to 5' x 30' lineup covers that range instead. Note that banners at 6' x 6' and larger are constructed from sewn panels unless you request a different setup.

Finishing and Add-Ons

• Grommets & Hemming. Heat-sealed hems with metal grommets placed every few feet, included standard for immediate installation.

• Hemming Only. A folded, reinforced edge without grommets.

• No Finishing. A raw cut edge, useful for banners going into a frame or track system.

• Pole Pockets (optional). Available on the top, bottom, both ends, or both sides, sized at 3 inches flat to fit a 1 inch diameter pole. This add-on runs $5 for one pocket or $8 for two.

A couple of things worth knowing before you order: banners 6' x 6' and up typically ship folded, so light creasing in transit is normal and not something we can guarantee against. If you'd prefer your banner rolled instead of folded, just let us know; a small additional packaging fee applies for that option.

Preparing Your Artwork

We accept PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, and TIFF files. Set your file up at full print size; no bleed is necessary for this product. For example, artwork for a 6' x 6' banner should be built at 72" x 72". For the sharpest output, use a minimum resolution of 100 ppi at full print size; that same 72" x 72" banner would need an image at least 7200 x 7200 pixels for the best results. Caring for Your Banner

Clean your banner with a soft, non-abrasive cloth and a mild soap and water solution; scrubbing can wear down the print, so stick to a gentle touch. For storage, roll the banner with the ink side facing inward and place it back in its original packaging. If a protective sheet shipped with your order, lay it over the printed side before rolling. Keep rolled banners upright in a cool, dry space for the best long-term results.
