Finishing Options

Every HotPress KC 15 oz vinyl banner ships standard with heat-welded hems and grommets, at no extra charge. Heat-welding fuses the folded vinyl edge into one solid seam, so there's no fraying or unraveling around your grommets over time.

Want to mount your banner differently? You can add:

• Pole pockets → top only, top and bottom, both sides, or bottom only, at $1.00 per foot for a standard 3" flat pocket that fits a 1" diameter pole

• Edge velcro → for banners mounting to a wall, frame, or trade show backdrop system; specify placement in your design instructions

Print Quality: What Goes Into Every Banner

We print on 15 oz 1000 x 1000 denier vinyl using industrial CMYK technology, which is what gives these banners their photo-quality resolution and color accuracy. On top of that, we run UV solvent inks. These aren't just fade-resistant under sunlight, the UV curing process also dries the ink faster during printing, which helps lock in sharper detail and more vibrant color across the whole banner.

The weight of a banner (measured in ounces) tells you how heavy the material is, not automatically how durable it is. What actually determines strength is the denier and the weave.
