Choose Your Vinyl Banner Material

All of our vinyl banner materials are printed using industrial CMYK, eco-friendly UV-solvent inks, which cure fast under UV light for sharp, true-to-life color and lifelike photographic resolution — even at large scale.

• Standard Vinyl (13 oz) — Lightweight and cost-effective for large-format runs; rated for 6-12 months of use.
• Premium High Definition Vinyl (15 oz) — A heavier, denser material for sharper detail at a distance and longer-lasting durability.
• Outdoor/Heavy Duty Vinyl (18 oz) — Our most rugged material, recommended for large banners exposed to extended outdoor conditions and high wind.
• Mesh Vinyl (9 oz) — Perforated mesh lets wind pass through — essential for large banners on fences, scaffolding, or building exteriors where wind load is a concern.

Vinyl Banner Sizes & Orientation

Order your custom large format banner online up to our maximum printable size of 5' x 30'. Choose Landscape (Horizontal: H x W) or Portrait (Vertical: W x H) orientation.

💡 Need something bigger than 5' x 30'? Contact us directly — larger sizes may be produced in seamed panels.

💡 Sizing tolerance: finished dimensions on large format banners may vary by up to 10%.

Finishing Options

• Grommets & Hemming — Heat-welded hems (fused, not sewn, so nothing unravels) with rust-resistant metal grommets for hanging, included at no additional charge — especially important at large scale.
• Hemming Only — Reinforced heat-welded edges without grommets.
• None — Raw cut edge, no finishing.
• Pole Pockets (optional) — 3" flat pole pockets sized to fit a 1" diameter pole, available on the top, bottom, top & bottom, or both sides.
• Edge Velcro (optional) — Add hook-and-loop fastening along the edge; specify placement in your design instructions.
• Pantone Color Match (optional) — Match a specific Pantone color for brand consistency. Provide your Pantone number in the design instructions.

Artwork & Design

Have print-ready art? Upload it directly during checkout. For the sharpest results, send a vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) or a high-resolution raster image at 300+ DPI at full print size — for large format, this means a substantial file, so vector is strongly recommended.

• Recommended formats: PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Photoshop), JPG, and TIFF.
• Also accepted: EPS and SVG.
• Vector vs. raster: vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) scale to any size with no loss of quality — the best choice for large format. Raster files (JPG, TIFF, PSD) work great too as long as they're at least 300 DPI at full print size.
• Large files: email attachments are capped at 25 MB. For anything bigger, share a Google Drive or WeTransfer link and include your order number in the message — our design team will confirm receipt.
