Choose Your Fabric Banner Material

All of our fabric banners are printed using dye-sublimation, where ink is infused directly into the fabric fibers for a soft-touch finish with no glare — ideal for photography and video backdrops.

• Standard Fabric (Polyester Blend) — Lightweight, wrinkle-resistant, and machine-washable; folds flat for easy travel and storage without creasing.
• Premium Fabric — A heavier weight fabric for a more polished, opaque finish with richer color saturation — great for backdrop walls and step-and-repeats.

Fabric Banner Sizes & Orientation

Order your custom fabric banner online from 1' x 1' up to 5' x 30' — our maximum printable size. Choose Landscape (Horizontal: H x W) or Portrait (Vertical: W x H) orientation.

💡 Sizing tolerance: finished dimensions may vary by up to 1 inch on small format banners, or up to 10% on large format banners.

Finishing Options

• Grommets & Hemming — Sewn hems with rust-resistant metal grommets for hanging, included at no additional charge.
• Hemming Only — Reinforced sewn edges without grommets.
• None — Raw cut edge, no finishing.
• Pole Pockets (optional) — 3" flat pole pockets sized to fit a 1" diameter pole, available on the top, bottom, top & bottom, or both sides.
• Edge Velcro (optional) — Add hook-and-loop fastening along the edge — popular for tension-mounting fabric backdrops; specify placement in your design instructions.
• Pantone Color Match (optional) — Match a specific Pantone color for brand consistency. Provide your Pantone number in the design instructions.

Artwork & Design

Have print-ready art? Upload it directly during checkout. For the sharpest results, send a vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) or a high-resolution raster image at 300+ DPI at full print size.

• Recommended formats: PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Photoshop), JPG, and TIFF.
• Also accepted: EPS and SVG.
• Vector vs. raster: vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) scale to any size with no loss of quality. Raster files (JPG, TIFF, PSD) work great too as long as they're at least 300 DPI at full print size.
• Large files: email attachments are capped at 25 MB. For anything bigger, share a Google Drive or WeTransfer link and include your order number in the message — our design team will confirm receipt.

Once you order, our design team reviews your artwork and sends a digital proof, typically within 24 hours, with revisions before anything goes to print.
