Frequently Asked Questions
Do you print finished shirts, or just transfers?
We supply the shirts and print them for you, so you receive finished, ready-to-wear apparel. Our standard shirt is a Gildan 100% cotton tee; contact us if you want a different garment. We also sell DTF transfers and gang sheets if you prefer to press them yourself.
How do I send my artwork?
Choose Upload Artwork and attach your file when you order. A vector file or a high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI works best. We are happy to give free advice on your file at contact@hotpresskc.com or 816-608-5273. Creating or redrawing artwork for you is a separate paid design service.
Can I pick up my order in Kansas City?
Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order from our shop at 4611 E 11th St, Kansas City, MO 64127. Bring your confirmation email or receipt.
Do you ship outside Kansas City?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States, including across Missouri and Kansas. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We do not ship outside the U.S.
Do you offer quantity pricing?
Quantity discounts apply automatically to custom T-shirt orders. For large or special orders, request a quote.
Can you print live at our event?
Yes. Send us your event details, including the location, date and expected attendance, and we will confirm availability and any travel charges.
